Friday faves 18

November 4, 2016

Hey there. I’m dealing with two sick toddlers over here which has left me feeling pretty tired drained. I’m hoping that they ditch whatever virus they have so that we can all go on with our lives here.

Illnesses aside, I have a few fun things to share with you today. Lots of favorites for fall and some gift ideas, too. Of course, I’d love to hear what you are enjoying these days. Feel free to share yours below.

Pull up bar from ProSource – Christmas came a bit early this year when Matt arrived home on Wednesday with this pull up bar for us. I am pumped to have this in the house. It has nice padded handle bars so my hands don’t get tore up (such a girlie thing to say, right?).

A Fit Mess

Fall running – I am so glad that I’ve been feeling well enough to run again. My shins and hips are behaving and I couldn’t be happier since fall is my very favorite time to run. No races planned at this point. I’m just enjoying being injury-free.

A Fit Mess

Target decor – I can’t get enough of their home decor. I love how stylish and inexpensive their goods are.

This nail polish from Sinful Colors. It’s called Sail La Vie.

Lucky Brand bartalino booties – these are by far my favorite boots for fall. They’re super comfortable and I love the brindle color. And look–the dark brown ones are 40% off right now!

Speaking of shoes. I’m dying over these kids sneakers by Onitsuka Tiger. Dying.

Paleo pumpkin coffee cake by Jay’s Baking Me Crazy – Ohhhh yes! I will be making this in the next day or two. It looks delicious!

Shameless – we’ve just started watching this series, but we’re really into it so far. Anyone watching it?

From around the web:

I want to get all of my holiday shopping done on Etsy. Because this mermaid tail blanket.

This article that Matt sent me on how women can achieve their first chin up. It’s a helpful read.

How to motivate yourself when you feel lazy AF. I liked this article, especially the part that reads, “A hard truth in life is that nothing works until we do. Action is the only thing that can get you out of a slump in life.”
