Hey! Happy Monday! How did your weekend go? Ours was super busy, but lots of fun. Here are some highlights…
Playground and bike fun with the girls. It’s been SO hot lately that we can only spend a little while outside before the sun makes things unbearable. The girls look so big in these pics, right? We’re on to tricycles, folks!

The Little Gym! I’m so glad we can do this together. The girls really enjoy it.
Saturday Orangtheory workout. Despite being a run/row day (meaning you alternate treadmill sprints and all out rows…brutal) I loved it! Getting my butt kicked is the most relaxing part of my day. 🙂
Our first time at Sky Zone. The girls were in their glory! We went during toddler time and jumped for half an hour, but we probably could have stayed longer. Seriously it was so fun!
Saturday evening I volunteered at Habitat for Humanity’s Bull Moon Ride and Run in Downtown Durham. I didn’t take any pictures because I was busy managing the water station – it was fast paced! This is SUCH a fun race – it’s a 12 mile bike ride or a 5k run…at night. It was super hot. I could wring out my clothes afterwards, but it was a lot of fun to be involved.
Sunday afternoon date with myself. I worked at a local coffee shop and then got a workout in. I just needed a little time to myself and I felt so much better afterwards.
I tried out a new upper body super set (I’ll share that soon) and added in some plyometics to keep my heart rate up.
