In case you haven’t noticed, I really love super sets. And an upper body super set? Well, now I’m in heaven. I did this workout on Sunday (I like to try workouts before sharing them) and it was super challenging. All you need is a pair of dumbbells. Since the reps are low, try to choose a weight that is heavy enough to make the last one or two reps difficult to complete. Keep your rest to a minimum in between each super set or try adding in short bursts of cardio. I wanted to bring my heart rate up so I performed 30 jump squats using the TRX in between each super set (120 total).
