Heeeeyyy! How’s it going? Are you ready for  the weekend? My in-laws arrived last night and will be staying with us for a few days. I’m excited to have them with us.


I’m so glad you guys are liking the Friday faves series. They are fun to write! Let’s jump right in.


Friday faves 5

Starbucks no longer charges you extra for coconut milk or soy milk. I’m so happy about this because it always annoyed me that I had to pay an extra 60 cents for alternative milk.

Still on my iced tea kick. My latest love is the mango green tea from Market Street Coffee. It is so delicious!


A clean and organized garage. It’s the little things. When my dad was visiting last week he hung all of our tools on the wall while I did a little decluttering and rearranging. It makes me happy to have it all neat and tidy.

Nourishing coconut oil conditioner by Hask. I started with the sample size from Amazon and loved it so much I bought a bottle of it. It’s available at Target!

Swimming with the girls. Ashlyn has really taken to the water and does really well with her floaties on. Maddie is a bit more cautious, but still enjoys splashing on the steps.

Tuesday – strength

  • push ups 4 x 15
  • seated overhead tricep extensions 4 x 8
  • Super set:
    • skullcrushers 3 x 8
    • DB bench press 3 x 8
  • incline DB curl 4 x 8
  • stability ball crunch 3 x 25
  • stability ball v-ups 3 x 15
  • stability ball reverse crunch 3 x 15
  • DB curl 4 x 8
  • lying leg crunch with weight 3 x 15
  • tricep push ups on medicine ball 3 x 10


“Dirty Diana” – I got 4 full rounds in 22 min.

  • Super set:
    • DB flys 4 x 8
    • DB bench press 4 x 8
  • Super set:
    • OH tricep pullover 4 x 8
    • weighted dips 4 x 8
  • supermans 3 x 15
