Father’s Day gift ideas

A Fit Mess
June 16, 2016

Hi everyone! Happy Thursday!

It’s hard to believe that Father’s Day is almost here. I feel like June has just flown by. Summer is definitely upon us. I’m excited to celebrate the holiday with our family. The girls love their daddy and they have developed a special bond with him, especially Ashlyn. Her personality is so similar to Matt’s. I can’t wait to see how their relationship with him grows and develops.

So with Father’s Day around the corner I thought I’d share a few ideas for the special guy in your life. I’d love to hear your ideas, too!

Personalized Papa Bear mug ($16, Etsy) – Such a cute idea! You can include whatever text you’d like. I’d add a bag of specialty coffee. Because ever dad needs coffee.

Double old-fashioned glasses ($9.95, Crate&Barrel) – I love these double old fashioned glasses. The gold and platinum silkscreen makes them look super fancy. I’d pair it with your guy’s favorite scotch.

Lodge cast-iron skillet ($26.95, Amazon) – I got this for Matt last year and he loves it! I highly recommend the Lodge brand. Maybe add on the silicon handle cover or some nice cooking oil.

Minnetonka slippers ($42.95, Nordstrom) – It will be easy for dad to relax in these cozy slippers.

Personalized frame ($46.99, Shutterfly) – I really like this idea because you can switch out the photo every year. The real wood frame is very sharp.

Complete outdoor grill set ($49.99, Amazon) – Perfect for the summer! This is a 16-piece stainless steel grill set which also comes with it’s own carrying case.
