Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I’m popping in to share a killer workout I did this week. I made this up as I went and it turned out to be pretty awesome!
If you don’t have access to a rower, you could do any type of cardio for around 3 minutes. But push yourself to go as fast as possible. I used a 15 lb. medicine ball for the wood choppers. Try to complete 15 on each side. Same with the 1-arm dumbbell swing. Enjoy!
