Workout: Row / Lift

I just returned from a trip visiting my family in Buffalo and did a bit too much eating and drinking over the holiday. Today was my first day back to gym in awhile and I wanted needed to sweat, but I didn’t have a plan. I made up this workout on the fly and it was so good that I had to share.

Row Lift Workout

 

I did this at the gym, but if you are home you could easily do this with just a set of dumbbells. I would sub lying leg raises for the medicine ball passes and skater jumps for the bosu ball hop overs. For the row portion, trying doing 1 minute of cardio (jumping jacks, high knees, butt kicks, mountain climbers, etc.)
